Our Story

The BLC was founded by a group of volunteers who were eager to give selling opportunities to local vendors. The organization was only founded in the fall of 2016 and after facilitating a number of successful pop-up shopping events and 2 town-wide festivals, they are now opening a storefront in Winthrop, MA.
