Since everyone has been in high anticipation for my 3 course demo and tasting, here it is!!

Side dish: Roasted Butternut Squash with Goat Cheese & Ricotta Cheese Puree
A warm, winter-inspired dish that combines the natural sweetness of roasted butternut squash with a creamy, tangy goat cheese and ricotta puree. The squash is roasted with garlic to perfection, creating a caramelized exterior, while the rich and smooth cheese puree adds a luxurious texture. Finished with a sprinkle of fresh herbs and a drizzle of honey and white truffle balsamic, chopped nuts, craisins for a touch of crunch, sweetness and acidity.

Main Course: Chicken Piccata
Tender, pan-seared chicken breasts are drenched in a vibrant lemon and caper sauce, creating a perfect balance of brightness and brininess. The chicken is lightly dredged in flour for a golden, crispy exterior, while the sauce brings a burst of citrusy tang, complemented by the salty, briny pop of capers. Served alongside fresh Jasmine Rice.

Cocktail: Pomegranate Mojito
A refreshing twist on the classic mojito, this cocktail combines the crisp, invigorating flavors of mint and lime with the sweet and slightly tart essence of pomegranate. Fresh mint leaves are muddled with lime and a splash of pomegranate juice, then topped with white rum and soda water, creating a beautifully vibrant and refreshing drink perfect for any occasion.

First stop… Mexico! So anyone that knows me, knows that I love to eat and cook Mexican cuisine. That is why I chose this as our first destination on our worldwide cuisine travels with Crave Maine. We will have a limited menu featuring three options and a couple of our, best sellers as well. We will also be stationed indoors at the barn@only at @absolemcider in Winthrop, ME. So come join us this weekend as we create an amazing experience that you will surely never forget.
