Getting ready for some awesome bbq in 2023. We will now be using our own grown and processed fruitwoods on our smoker. This provides and even great level of ability to control the quality of our foods. What you see is black cherry being split stacked and dried in time for Spring if 2023. In Stoneham today for a 50th anniversary party! Brisket, ribs, smoked burgers, Wicked Beans, corn on the cob, salad, potato salad, coleslaw, smoked wings and piggy pops are on the menu. Want to celebrate a special occasion with some Wicked Good BBQ? We are now booking events for 2022!

Baby shower today with a big menu. Marinated cucumber tomato and onion salad, watermelon edges, Mac and cheese with bacon, wicked beans, smoked chicken, baby back ribs, smoked burgers, moink balls, chips and salsa, and a full taco bar with pulled beef and pulled chicken are all in this rather large menu today. See the last picture for my special visitor that stopped by to supervise the cook.

Backyard wedding in Billerica today. On the menu we have pulled pork, smoked chicken, smoked burgers with toppings, hot dogs, Mac and cheese with bacon, salad, coleslaw, fruit salad, corn on the cob, moink balls,chips with salsa and guacamole, and corn bread.

In Burlington for another graduation party today. On the menu we have Brisket, pulled pork, bbq chicken, Mac and cheese, Wicked beans, salad, coleslaw, watermelon wedges and, corn bread. In addition to the primary menu we are preparing one Vegan meal consisting of smoked vegan burgers and sautéed veggies. Don’t forget we offer a variety of items to cater to more restrictive diets.

With the lifting of all restrictions in MA we are back to whipping up Wicked Good BBQ for parties and other events! Today we are in Stoneham for a graduation party. Congratulations to the class of 2021!

The Commonwealth Of Massachusetts is lifting all industry restrictions and capacity limits effective May 29, 2021. The state of emergency will be lifted on June 15, 2021! Who wants to party?!?!?! We still have some openings for event catering in June, July, August, and September!
