Save the date! Our signature "Food Truck Battles" festival is on the books for May 16, 17 & 19 of 2025 in Wolcott CT! We had over 32,000 people attend our event over a 3 day period last year! This will be our 4th annual event and as always we hope to give back to the community again! Lots of new surprises are being added to our 2025 event so make sure you mark your calendars now!

Thank you all to who came out to our Chili
And Brew Fest this weekend to support the Waterbury PAL organization! We had a great line up of entertainment and amazing food vendors! Want to also thank the City of Waterbury and their staff for all their assistance as well as Police Chief Spagnolo and Sergeant Chris Amatruda, PAL Officer in Charge. Erica Soares, PAL Executive Administrative, PAL Officer Michael Macary and all of the great Officers, EMS & Firefighters for their outstanding leadership and dedication to this event! Despite mother nature handing us a bitter cold Friday and rainy Sunday we had an amazing turnout on Saturday with incredible weather! First year large scale events like this are always a challenge but Waterbury showed it love and we are confident this is going to be a successful yearly event that just grows into a wonderful event for Waterbury but especially for the PAL Organization. Thank you again and we hope to see you again next year with an even better event!

FREE ADMISSION! Gates open at 1pm today. Easy parking at 57 Jackson Street Waterbury CT only a 2 minute walk to our front gate and it’s only 1 minute off of route 8 and route 84 interchange! Perfect weather today and bring a sweatshirt if you plan on attending our double header free tribute concert tonight with Aerosmith and Motley Crue bands called Looks that Kill and Sweet Emotions! Plenty of great food and beer! Bring a chair or upgrade to our VIP tent and be guaranteed a seat!

☀️ Weather is perfect today and tonight! Gates open at 1pm and we go to 10pm! Amazing line up of live music! Check out some images from our opening night! Parking is easily located at 57 Jackson street just a 2 minute walk or we have preferred VIP parking at 245 Freight street.
Bring a warm sweatshirt if you plan on staying after dark because it gets a little chilly and the chili fest! 😝. Free admission and it’s all to help

Hot bowl of chili?! 🌶️. You can get a flight of four bowls of chili if you’d like.! we’ve got all kinds of chili products happening at the Connecticut chili and brew festival! Gates open today, Friday, October 11 at 4 PM. Tell your friends it’s gonna be an amazing party. Live music from 4 o’clock till 10 PM tonight. Free admission must be 21 and over to drink. All ages welcome to attend the event. Lots of well lit secure parking.! This is a fundraiser for the Waterberry police PAL organization and we appreciate you coming down. We have closed the entire freight street. We have two parking lots on Jackson Street so it’s only a two minute walk. Lots of table and chairs seating but you’re welcome to bring your favorite comfy chair. No outside coolers drinks or food. No backpacks or large bags allowed. And no pets.
