We had so much fun yesterday in our dried flower workshop WE ARE DOING IT AGAIN next weekend, with a twist! Sarah's enthusiasm has inspired us to offer a wreath workshop next Saturday 11/4 from 1-3 pm. You will create a one of a kind everlasting wreath on one of our hand made farm willow bases, and learn the techniques and processes to do it yourself in years to come. We will talk about foraging, harvesting and drying materials. Wreath making is intensive, so space is limited to five participants $60 per person. Message us to reserve your spot ASAP!

Our everlasting wreath offerings are named after our fantastic farm women, and are limited this year, as we are are saving lots of material for our design workshop. Each of these is hand made on a frame from willow grown here on the farm. We harvest and dry all of the material, and then custom craft these beauties for your autumn decor. STRAWBERRY PICKING SCOOP! We still have berries in the field BUT today was too wet to pick / open for picking. We will be open 9-1 daily unless it is raining.

Our field is never sprayed with herbicides, pesticides or fungicides. Commercial growers that use these chemicals produce berries and plants that can be picked wet and not mold. That is not the case with our berries. (That's also why they taste so real/fresh/good!)

So much gratitude for our team working hard to keep up with all of the strawberries 🍓 fresh strawberries in our farmstand daily by 10am, weather permitting!

Strawberry update! We will have prepicked quarts in the farm stand daily by mid morning WHEN the weather allows for picking (i.e. not when it’s raining or super damp). Berries are $10 a quart, 100% herbicide and pesticide free. We do not expect to have Pick Your Own this year but will try again in 2024!

Lots of strawberry inquiries so here are the deets! We will have quarts for sale (when it’s not raining) in the farm stand each day by 10 or so (again, weather dependent … we can’t pick if it’s too damp). Our berries are grown without the use of any pesticides or herbicides, and are $10 per quart this year. We will NOT have pick your own this year due to the limited crop. Thanks for everyone’s enthusiasm!

UPDATE: The later waves of blooms seem to be fine and berries are forming! We will be off to a later start tis year but should have berries :-)

We tried hard. We covered our full bloom strawberry field last Wednesday in high winds. Night time temps went down to 26 on the farm, and while the cut flowers fared well, the 🍓 loss was extensive (those little back dots on the center of the blossoms mean they will die). We aren’t sure yet if the buds that had not opened were damaged so the extent of loss is still undetermined. It was just too cold for May…..😕
