This weekend we are making our first appearance at the Nichols Ranch and Orchards 5th Annual Cherry Festival and look forward to meeting new friends.

If you are looking for a nice trip away from Lubbock take the short four to five hour drive into the scenic mountain area and check out the event and site see along the way.

I would like to take the time to give a special shout out to my friends and culinary family for coming to my rescue this weekend. Due to MY OWN error, I was unable to continue at FFAT. However, my product didn’t go to waste due to my dear friends at Outlaw!

Thank you for always going above and beyond for me , Clark and Sandy! Yesterday was HOT, but so much fun! We worked together and went down memory lane of our shenanigans and “bail outs”🤣 (I’ve had so many). From getting poured on in Pampa to loosing my sock in Ruidoso😂😂😂 THANK YOU for being on my team always!

Today marks two very important events, the first being the 80th anniversary of D-Day and the second mine and Sandy Brazil’s 26th anniversary.

Please take a moment today to welcome a veteran home and thank them for their service.

For the past 26 years I have been married to the most amazing and beautiful woman who has made me a better person today. She has stood by me through all of my days/weeks/months/years away from the house because the Army demanded so much of my time. Through all of my medical problems which incapacitated me for weeks to years. Basically raised our three daughters on her own and grandkids when needed.

Now she is still supporting me in my dream to be in the food industry and without her daily commitment to making sure we have egg rolls to sell my creative mind would just crumble. She is my rock!

I love you ❤️ and look forward to many more anniversaries together!

What a great Saturday, June 1, 2024 turned out to be.

Early in the morning while prepping for opening there was a knock at the back door and there was Trey Chapman of Trey's Chow Down. I learned of him last year in Waco for the Food Truck Championship but wasn’t able to meet him or get a picture because we were super busy. Same story last year at the Food Truck Championship of Texas but this year he was out before everything started and said let’s get that picture you’ve been wanting. For those of you that don’t know Trey is the Guy Fieri of Texas. Trey is definitely a very humble man and truly an expert at what he does.

Then we were slammed all day until we were notified to to attend the awards ceremony at 3:00 where we took home “The Most Unique Menu” for the second year in a row. Two for two at the Food Truck Championship of Texas and we couldn’t be happier.

Thank you to everyone that stopped by and said hi especially those friends we have met at our other big shows.

It's that time of year again, May 31, 2024 and June 1, 2024, for the Food Truck Championship of Texas in Graham, TX.

We are looking forward to heading back and adding another trophy to our collection hopefully the Championship one this time. Because we are a returning truck we are allowed to setup on Friday night May 31, 2024 from 5:00-9:00 PM for Friday Night Bites.

The time is almost here, we will be at Midnight Cravings tonight from 9-12 pm along with a slew of other big time food trucks and vendors from the community.
