Chef treat ingredients with carefulness because they know there roll in a recipe

The same way the women we love is treated with carefulness because is part of our daily recipe

We cry, we love, we get angry because is essential to be better every day!

We show respect in order to receive respect. We don't let nobody mess with our crew as well as our family.

We committed to do better in order to reach the highest standards and create in others the best gastronomic experience ever

But at the end of the day we still humans trying to survive in a world that only see the outside not the inside of our work!

It is easy to criticize a plate when you don't know what it's take to be created.

But when we get hurt by the critics we stand even more stronger and fight back with proud and create the imposible because we are CHEF!
