This past week we took event planning and design overseas to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 to execute a surprise 50th Birthday dinner for one of our beloved cousins. Happy to say we got the drop on him! 4 course dinner, Balloons with backdrop, custom cake, custom menuss, beach chic table setting, photographer and of course the ocean finished the scene

This is one of my favorite buttercream cakes to date. Call me biased but its giving what its supposed to 🇭🇹🇭🇹.

Inside: tier one is a decadent coconut cake with citrus zest coconut buttercream filling

Tier two was a moist haitian cake with lemon cream cheese frosting tucked between each layer of goodness

I enjoyed implementing so many trendy techniques at one time...buttercream stenciling and handmade Rice paper sails and chocolate spheres

Getting all the Summer time vibes from the bright florals with rustic design of this partially naked cake with buttercream stenciling and white chocolate ganche drip. BON APPETIT QUEEN!
