Dad’s BBQ was honored to feed the angels of Rancho Bellagio Acute Care celebrating for RNA week! This is the first time thy have had BBQ and they said they looked for the best and when they saw our reviews, they had to go with us. “OMG, everyone loves it and can’t wait for our next event to have you back!” Thank you again for putting your trust in our award winning BBQ! q

Dads BBQ had a busy Memorial weekend feeding over 180 members in one of San Juan Capistrano church events for their summer kickoff! Then we followed up the same day with a private wedding of 75 guests in Riverside. Thanks to Rianna and David taking the lead on their first wedding catering alone. I needed the break.

Dad’s BBQ was honored to be chosen to cater a special Celebration of Life. The event was held at the family’s private park/stables located in the hidden hills of Glendora. All the guests loved coming up to our smoker trailer and had a great time asking questions about smoked bbq. Thank you again Tommy for the opportunity to feed you and your guests. q

A little bit of a drive today to feed our customers from berg electric but they insisted on Dads BBQ for the 100+ employees. We were happy to oblige since they have their hands full working in Palm Springs with 50 MPH winds all day long. q

Dad’s BBQ spent a busy day at Niagara Bottling feeding 400 of their hungry employees. 1st day of a split shift 2 day employee appreciation lunch/dinner! Tomorrow we get to do this all over again. “Awesome,just awesome from their employees as they finished their meals and came back to thank us. The brisket was fork tender, the ribs were fall off the bone and the Mac n cheese (our signature side) and hand mashed garlic mashed potatoes had people coming back for more! Thank you Tatyana for trusting the 5 Star Yelp reviews and having Dads BBQ feed your employees.

Metropolitan Water District asked to do a small drop off cater yesterday and within 30 minutes of the drop off we got this fantastic 5 star Yelp review. Looking forward to many more caters with MWD.

Missed another great BBQ Competition at Perris Railway but being asked to comeback to do a pop up at Foothill Vineyard Church in San Dimas took priority. Such a great church and wouldn’t miss it for anything. So many compliments from customers that thanked us for coming back! It was their highlight to get our BBQ again. A huge bonus was one of our employees that moved to Indiana was in town and heard we where we were that day and showed up unannounced! We miss you Noel. q

A small gathering drop off catering customer out their trust in Dads BBQ for their special birthday party if 30 earned us anotherr 5 Star review on Yelp and Google! Dad’s BBQ started out cater small events and eventually built our reputation to catering up to 1000 guests. We will always cater small events, remembering how we became who we are today!

Rain or sleet or snow! Dad’s BBQ can adjust to fit any issue. We were requested to cater a full service event for a local church men’s group at a beautiful mansion in the Riverside Hills. The weather didn’t cooperate and since it was an outside event, we were able to slide our smoker trailer on the property and continue the cater as a trailer service cater! . The group loved having the trailer on site and so happy that they could come up and view all the workings of our BBQ trailers and see the smoker on board. Loved the feedback from everyone. “Best BBQ we’ve ever had!” We can’t wait for their next event. q

Day 2 of a busy weekend on the books. Prime America’s investors meeting at the old Uplands Firehouse was a beautiful location for their luncheon.
