This year, over 165 golfers indulged in our mouthwatering Texas-style brisket, delicious honey-rubbed BBQ chicken, and irresistibly tender slow-smoked pulled pork. The excitement was palpable as guests expressed how much they looked forward to our return, eagerly anticipating the incredible dinner that only Dad’s BBQ can deliver. It’s always a joy to serve up our spectacular BBQ for such a wonderful cause!

Get ready for a mouthwatering recap! Dad’s BBQ was thrilled to take center stage once again as the proud caterer for the Wein Cellars' annual HalloWeins members party! With over 700 enthusiastic members, invited guests, and employees in attendance, the atmosphere was electric as they indulged in our signature Texas Style Brisket, sourced from the finest Demkota Ranches Heritage Elite Beef. But that’s not all! Guests devoured succulent smoked, boneless, skinless chicken thighs, our legendary Baked Mac n Cheese, hearty vegetarian baked beans, and topped it all off with a decadent Triple Berry Cobbler for dessert.
The excitement reached new heights as Dad's BBQ proudly set up at four bustling serving stations, ensuring no hungry guest was left behind. A massive shoutout to our incredible team of 16 who made this culinary extravaganza possible! Pearl orchestrated the entire operation with finesse, while Rianna kept everything running smoothly and organized. Thank you to our phenomenal staff for delivering an unforgettable night of deliciousness and camaraderie!

For the last 10 years Trinity has always had their event at Pinnacle Pete’s Steakhouse and after their closing this year,Trinity was on the hunt for a new way of having their annual event. Dad’s BBQ was chosen after review after review and after the cater, the guests definitely wanted us to return next year.

A fun filled day starting a cater for my former employers annual Halloween Party. The Berlin truck, Surfer Taco and Frankie’s desserts from @iegourmetfoodtrucks rounded out the food for all the employees. Seeing my old friends and reminiscing about old times was great! They missed all the food I used to being in from comps, vends and caters! After this we had 1 more cater in Alhambra and got home just in time for our own Halloween dinner! “ not 1 trick or treater this year!) so much for living in the rural areas! Now to get ready for 3 more caters this week!
