This dreary Pacific Northwest drizzle has me reminiscing about sunny days and warmer temperatures. โ๏ธ
For several years our compost has been fortified with WAY TO MANY apples as we could not keep up with the SIX heritage apple trees here on the farm. We are blessed to have the trees, but the clean up work is backbreaking and I've always hated wasting the apples we could not get to.
Not this year! Our Apple Clean Up Crew did such a good job we didn't have much to press at our annual apple pressing! ๐๐ณ๐๐
