Earlier this summer we had a FB contest recognizing all of the dogs of our followers. Susanne Austin, and her dog Sir Duke were our winners pulled at random (because who could choose from such cute looking faces!) They are from out of state, so wanted us to donate the prize, a box of gourmet dog treats from Phat Paws Artisan Bakery & Boutique, (available at Apple Creek) to a local shelter. Sharon, from Helping Paws Animal Shelter, stopped in and picked up the treats recently while collecting our donation box proceeds. We love supporting our local shelters, and thank you to Susanne and Sir Duke for supporting them too!
