Poem Women Awaken to Your Strength and Might.

A map-less adventure, a thrilling start, But chaos veils the yearning heart. With dreams untethered, I sail the seas, Yet waves of doubt crash over me.

Out on the edge, a skyscraper’s ledge, The dizzying height, my tether’s wedge. I had no safety net, no rope to grasp, The wind’s cold whisper, a tightening clasp.

No savings grow, the debts entrap, Freedom fades in financial lapse. The fridge stands empty, the silence stark, Echoes of choices leave their mark.

Career and marriage now untamed, no steady ground, Each leap a risk, each loss profound. Planless mornings blur the years, A fleeting freedom, stained with tears.

The carefree dance dims with time, The song less sweet, the climb less prime. Footprints scattered, my path unsure, I chase the fleeting but endure.

But, out on the ledge, I see the way back, Regrets now gone, no longer a burden in shadows black. Perhaps a plan will lend some peace, A steady hand, a small release.

Perhaps its time to look inside, wake my soul ignite my Light, awaken my heart to my strength and might.

Ahimsa Seeding Greatness in Georgia. Upon God’s green earth, so lush and alive, Spring dances forward, where beauty thrives. Azalea bushes, their blossoms aglow, Paint Georgia’s hills in a vibrant flow.

On my front lawn, they proudly stand, A living masterpiece, so grand. Their colors make my heart take wing, My spirit soars; they make me sing.

Petals whisper secrets to the breeze, Delighting the birds and the honeybees. Nature’s symphony, a joyous refrain, In every bloom, heaven’s love is plain.

A treasure of colors, soft and bright, A feast for the soul, pure delight. So cherish this splendor, each magical view, For springtime in Georgia feels wholly new. 🌸 Join us in nature and eating an Ahimsa diet of do no harm. https://www.facebook.com/ahimsaseedinggreatness/ SteveMonahan

Ahimsa Mental Wellness. Too many young lives are struggling with mental unknowns. We must never be afraid or too arrogant to not ask for advice, especially in matter of love, money or when your mind takes you into dark caves of unknowing, Let someone with an open mind and heart peer into your head.

How can I explain to my child that to kill a person is wrong
Explaining to children that killing is morally wrong, despite what they may see on television, requires open communication and thoughtful guidance from parents.
Here are some approaches to address this important topic:
Frame violence in context
Explain that what children see on TV shows and movies is fictional and does not reflect real-life values or consequences. Help them understand that TV shows and movies often exaggerate or glorify violence for entertainment, but this is not how people should behave in reality.
Emphasize the value of life
Teach children that all lives are precious and deserve respect. Explain that in the real world, taking a life has severe legal, emotional, and moral repercussions that are often not shown on TV..
Discuss alternatives to violence
Help children understand that there are always better solutions to conflicts than violence. Encourage problem-solving skills, empathy, and peaceful conflict resolution.
Lead by example
Model non-violent behavior in your own life and interactions. Children learn a great deal from observing how adults handle conflicts and emotions.
Encourage critical thinking
Teach children to question what they see on TV. Ask them how they feel about violent scenes and discuss why such actions are wrong in real life.
Limit exposure to violent content
Be mindful of the media your children consume. Choose age-appropriate programs and games that promote positive values.
Discuss real-world consequences
Explain that in reality, violence causes pain, suffering, and lasting damage to individuals, families, and communities. These consequences are often not fully depicted on TV..
Reinforce moral values
Consistently communicate your family's values regarding the sanctity of life and the importance of treating others with kindness and respect.
By having ongoing conversations about these topics and providing guidance, parents can help children develop a strong moral compass that distinguishes between fictional portrayals and real-life ethical behavior.
