Let's talk intros!

There are so many ways to go about your grand entrance into the reception, so let's go over some options!

There's the traditional style of parents, full wedding party in couples and then the bride and groom!

You can also go a little more casual and introduce the wedding party as one large group, and maybe the parents at their tables.

OR You can skip introducing everyone else and just have the DJ announce you!...which may be our personal fav.

(although how cute is this MOG?!)

Where are all our faux floral girlies at?!

Faux florals are a great way to keep costs down, utilize florals that wouldn't normally be in season -or heck- even give you a color that doesn't occur naturally!

There are also rental companies like and if you don't want to do it yourself, or don't want to deal with all the florals after the fact!

Toast tip!

Keep it short and sweet. We know everyone says that...but there's a reason 😂

There's nothing worse than a bunch of long inside jokes that aren't remotely funny to the guests, or embarrassing stories that grandma doesn't need to hear.

A sweet "I love them because..." or "they're perfect for each other because..." is just the right amount story telling.

Also...type it out and print it off. Don't read it from your phone. You'll thank us later 😉

Let's continue our introductions with our Events Manager Kelsey!

With 10 years of experience in weddings and events, she's seen it all! Not to mention she's handy as heck and has a degree in baking and pastry, so she's ready to help problem solve anything from a bumped cake to a broken high heal!

When she's not running events she's spending time with her husband, daughter and their large fluffy dog Buster! She's also getting ready to welcome baby number two this April!

Please don't ask us to sneak you a drink from the bar or bring alcohol from the hotel. If you're super early, take a stroll around the square, grab a coffee at @etherealconfections or go visit @mobcraftbeerwoodstock (just make sure to finish your drink there)! ✨If you're running late and see a the processional lined up, please don't take that moment to say hi to the couple. Run and sneak in the back (if we haven't started the processional yet) or wait patiently to the side. ✨After the ceremony, please be kind to the coordinator acting as a personal body guard to the couple when they're trying to to leave to take photos. We promise there will be plenty of time to say hello to them during the reception!
