We are proud to announce that….. Gina Maloney Events has been selected as a 2024 winner in The Knot Best of Weddings, an award, representing the highest rated wedding professionals, as reviewed by real couples on The Knot. We are most grateful to our amazing clients that have taken the time to write such lovely reviews about their experience working with our company. It is our great joy to create unique and beautiful weddings in the Hudson Valley and beyond but it is our greatest joy seeing our clients so happy and able to enjoy not only their wedding, but the entire planning process..
We started our event planning and design company 13 years ago and have been recognized with this distinct honor since 2016….being included in The Knots, Hall of Fame .
We are so grateful to all of the lovely clients we have worked with, all of the amazing vendors that share their artistry with us, the beautiful venues that we get to work with and to the beauty that the Hudson Valley bestows upon us.
It has been an awesome 13 years! So looking forward to creating more memories and stunning events.

We are so honored to be featured on the cover of Westchester/Hudson Valley Weddings!

This was a really special wedding for us. Jane and Giri were amazing to work with. Over 400 guests flew in from around the world to celebrate this joyous weekend.
We merged two beautiful cultures, Korean and Indian for this event. Two different ceremonies, three wardrobe changes and the most beautiful flowers from India, Hawaii and beyond …made it even more magical.
We designed this wedding, reflecting the cultures and the personalities of the couple. This was a colorful, unique and playful wedding filled with beauty and love. Flora Good Times brought the vision to life with their beautiful artistry. As did all the vendors we worked with.

We are so grateful to have been a part of Jane & Giri’s special weekend. Hope you enjoy the pics!

Alex and Lisa’s magical wedding ceremony took place down at a creek
in the forest at
Full moon Resort
in Big Indian, which was
a beautiful backdrop for the
fun surprise to follow … ..

For cocktail hour we had several species of owls
and falcons for the guests
to hold and to learn about.

It was a fun added touch
to this beautiful wedding
in the mountains. 🪶

I absolutely loved planning this exquisite wedding
with Jane and Giri.

They were modern and very
unique in their design request, so this was a really

created the most fabulous
and unique florals for this
sweet couple.
We had flowers flown in
from India and Hawaii
that helped create the
beautiful tropical vibe.

Emilie and Tom waited
almost 2 years and planned two different weddings through
the Covid pandemic.

Both weddings had
to be cancelled.

Weddings, by nature
are a gathering to celebrate
the union of two individuals
coming together,
committing to one another
to love and support
each other.

They are reflections of the
lives lead, and of course,
many times those lives
are quite different.

Kelsey and Zach
being comedy writers
created one of the most fun, energized, and entertaining weddings I have ever done.
Their sense of humor,
zest for life and ability
to see humor in everything
around them
created an unbelievably
memorable evening.

The word fun doesn’t even
come close to describing
their wedding.

The photo truck was such
a great addition to
the evening.

Silliness was had
by all!

Their choice of venues,
Gathering Greene,
is a true reflection
of everything Kelsey and Zach
find important in their lives.
It is one of my favorite
venues, and collaborating
with both of them,
and GG was so much

My husband and I were
married Sept 1, 1996.

A September wedding
with dahlias is a stunning celebration of love
and beauty.

As the warm summer days start to give way to the cooler autumn weather,
the dahlias burst forth
in a riot of color,
creating a breathtaking backdrop for the
happy couple.

This beautiful beach wedding is reflective of the passions
of Tess and JR.

JR grew up surfing
everyday and still does
on this very beach,
and to welcome the next phase of his life in the
very spot he has spent
so much time is truly
a blessing and a joy for me
to be a part of.

Tessa’s love of wildflowers
is reflected in the flowers
that we chose for
their wedding
as well as the gorgeous orchids in the delicious
and beautiful cocktails.
