As I make my way back to the USA full time, I can’t help but reflect on the incredible journey I’ve had abroad the past three years. ✨

While being in Italy my world has expanded in so many ways and I’ve had the opportunity to not only see how Italians live their day to day but also explore ten other countries. Although it wasn’t all sunshine and roses, Scott was gone several months at a time, the challenges along the way have all taught me I really can do anything.

While I will undoubtedly miss the charming streets, the travel, espresso and Italian cuisine - there’s something so comforting about being home. Being back means reuniting with family, friends, and being able to do more of what I love.

I’m excited to see what this crazy military life has in store for us next. New adventures are always on the horizon if you reach out and grab them!

About Winey Blonde Events Co.

Winey Blonde Events Co., locally owned and operated by Karen Gramlich Adams, is named after Karen's grandmother, Mary Jane Winey. Though Mary Jane passed when Karen was young, her family always jokes that she takes after her grandmother, from her determination to her blonde hair.

Since our start in 2014, Karen and her team have planned over 300 weddings across the state of Georgia and in destinations including Hawaii, South Carolina, Florida, Ohio and Texas. We are proud to be a local business and team made up of hard working moms and a military family.

We love working with our clients to bring your visions to life. When you choose Winey Blonde Events you work with a planner who cares about your unique vision and wedding day dreams. From late night calls across time zones to chat about your table numbers, to making sure you have time to fix hair that’s been rained on, the Winey Blonde team is here to offer a calm presence each step of the way, and will go above and beyond to make your wedding a day to cherish forever.
