Woodward Main Street Program Director
The Woodward Main Street Program Director is a vital leadership role dedicated to revitalizing and promoting the economic vitality, historic preservation, and cultural vibrancy of downtown Woodward. This position involves coordinating and implementing the Main Street Four-Point Approach, which focuses on economic development, design, promotion, and organization. The director works closely with business owners, community leaders, and volunteers to enhance the district’s appeal, attract businesses, and create a thriving downtown atmosphere. Responsibilities include overseeing events and marketing initiatives, managing budgets and grants, encouraging public-private partnerships, and serving as a liaison between local stakeholders and state or national Main Street programs. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential to inspire community engagement and advance the program’s mission.
