Are you ready to provide training and leadership support to our students through consistent observations, instruction and constructive interaction delivering quality curriculum content and implementation that supports our established education expectations.

Responsibilities
• Integrate Core Values of Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence and Teamwork in all aspects of interaction.
• Support the educational process to meet or exceed student retention and student attendance expectations.
• Adhere to all statutes and regulations from Federal, State, and regulatory agencies, and adhere to all Company policies.
• Ensure student compliance with rules and policy
• Maintain the integrity of all academic policies and regulations, interpreting the same to students, faculty, staff, and external customers.
• Ensure that the facility fosters a positive and respectful environment in which to train students and partner with other staff in the best practices of customer service.
• Teach and actively assist students in preparing and passing the State Licensing Exam, and assist in obtaining Career placement!
• Ensure consistent student engagement through compact schedules of interactive learning activities and theory.
• Monitor timelines and satisfaction for guest services coaching, evaluating and grading student performance on the clinic floor to achieve guest satisfaction, rebooking and product recommendations.
• Maintain and conduct student grades counseling students on their progress and ensuring knowledge and salon skill development fulfill the curriculum requirements
• Support the Company growth through constructive interaction and personal attendance at meetings, events, and other related functions.

Check out this new coloring contest at the Woodward County Free Fair! The coloring page is available in the fair book. There are 2 divisions - Division 1 is for participants 5 and younger. Division 2 is for participants ages 6-10. Coloring pages will be due August 21 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

There is something for everyone at the 2024 Woodward County Free Fair! We hope to see you and your entries the week of August 21-24! See the fair book for a full list of classes. Paper copies of the Fair Book are available at the Woodward County Event Center and Fairgrounds office and the OSU Extension office.

For this Tuesday, August 6th, we are expecting around 2-250 head. We will start at 10:00 am.

We will have 10-12 young pairs- 1st calf to 5 yrs old, few middle aged to older bred cows and 40 calves babies- 450 #.

The rest will be regular sale.

We know it's early, but we have hundreds of displays to put up, memorial trees and candy canes to put out, and trees to wrap! We often only get 10 people on a given work day, with groups helping in shifts on some of those days - which is a huge blessing! - but it does take time and lots of help to get this show shining bright 🌟

We couldn't have this event without the help of volunteers, so thank you to everyone who has helped and to those who plan on helping this season!!
