Chocolate dipped churro: vanilla cake, cinnamon cream cheese frosting, chocolate drizzle and churro cereal topping

Margarita: vanilla cake, grand mariner lime frosting with a sugared rim

Staying on trend and continuing to cook for myself! Last night I made these gluten free bagels from cook book Baked To Perfection. I am so happy with how these turned out. The flavor, the chew, and you can squish them a little and they bounce back. I know what I’m having for breakfast.
