Big portions going out the kitchen today. A little behind the scenes pics. That catering tin has about 7 healthy size portions in it, plus you get 9 or 10 cheddar biscuits with it for 65 bucks. Enough for the family and maybe lunch the day at work lol.

Getting everything prepped for tomorrow. Another item that will be put out will be a hot sauce that brings plenty of fire for the brave. Im gonna call it Neldas Numbing Sauce. Other topping we will have for the tacos are onions, cilantro, jalapeños, pico and queso fresco.
