🥳Well I gotta share the celebration and the best day of my life. I had my follow up today with my 🫁surgeon, all the pathology results are in and I am now cancer FREE🎉🎊. I may be missing alittle part here and there but the outcome is fabulous. Thank you Jesus, thank you to the wonderful surgical team and thank you to all of you for all your encouraging words and support and especially Patty for being there for me all the way.✨️♥️

Hey folks. Many have asked about my doing orders for the upcoming SuperBowl. I was seriously thinking of doing so but recently received the surgery dates, one this Friday, the big one😱 on January 27. The recovery time after the last one will hold me back from fulfilling any orders. But God willing I'll be ready to go come March for the new season. Thank you all.❤️

Tomorrow's Christmas dinner gonna step outside the box, "Pulled Christmas Ham". It will go on the smoker late tonight, low and slow, then finish up tomorrow with wrap and a glaze until pull apart tender.

Got acouple neighbor friends coming over later today so decided to fire up the RecTech. 3 different type rib racks going on, Peach Bourbon Habanero, Apple Chai and Buttery Maple Glaze, (real maple).

Hey folks. As you know last Wednesday's setup didn't happen then the switch to Friday also didn't. Now I haven't ever been one to openly share any medical concerns and perhaps on here it's not something I should make public but when I need to cancel on events, setups etc I always need to tell why, rain, snow, winds etc. Well after acouple months of tests, CT, PET, and so on, last Thursday at Strong I was given the news that no one wants to here. Not only one problem but two. Both with a future invasive surgery and a prayer. Now I will still take bookings, both regular and new for next year, I'm not counting out, not yet. Anything for this year's holidays is a roll of the dice right now because i have further tests coming up. I keep hope on my side and stay positive. You all have built Smoke N the Valley BBQ and kept the wood fire burning and I am so thankfull. I have had the privilege of meeting the most wonderful folks around❤️ Just one little thing I ask. Look into the heavens and toss up a little prayer. As they say, it's not over until the fat lady sings. Thank you

UPDATE!!!! Just spoke with Rebecca from the Farmers market in Batavia and due to the nasty windy conditions there we will not attempt to set up. Sorry for any inconvenience. We are supposed to have better days coming so we will make plans to setup perhaps in Warsaw. We will post it.

Correction on last post made regarding scheduled events. We have one more calendered for this coming Friday Nov 1st at Genesee Country Farmers' Market🍅🌽🥦,serving from 11 to 4. This also will be their last day for the season. So come on out, grab up some produce etc and some BBQ. 🤠🍔🍖

This Friday we'll be Genesee Country Farmers' Market serving from 11 to 3 then at Backyard Barnyard in Mt Morris serving from 7 to 11 pm for their Halloween night.👻🤡 Then on Sunday we'll be at Buried Barrel Hard Cider serving from 12 to 5 for their Halloween bash. These 3 events this weekend will be are last scheduled events for the season.
