If anyone received a UPS package this afternoon addressed to John Atkin, please let me know. We are missing a shipment of Dad's medication that UPS says was delivered to my parent's house on Madison this afternoon (but wasn't). I'm guessing we had a new driver in town and it was dropped at the wrong address.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who joined us in The Grand Ballroom at LightHardware last night and helped to make our annual Yates Center Days Dance such a huge success!!! I think this video says it all, the night was "nothing but a GOOD TIME!" Special thanks to Chari Bauman and the Woodson Chamber for all of their tireless effort and hard work ensuring that this year's Yates Center Days went off without a hitch. Thank you to Bret Wolf for your effects lighting design and production during the dance and to Fast Times for the awesome music. It was an amazing show and everyone was blown away! Thanks also to Jay P. Swearingen, Valerie Swearingen, Kylie Rock-Swearingen, and Blackjack Liquor for making sure everyone had a full glass with their favorite beverage as well as to Tatum Swearingen & Reid Swearingen for their assistance with LightHardware's new awnings. Last but not least, thank you to Chris McCullough, George Purcell, and Cherokee Shaffer for making sure LightHardware is always in tip-top shape and ready for action. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to do it all again!

Sound check with Fast Times is happening now in The Grand Ballroom at LightHardware and the Yates Center Days Dance 2022 is about to kick into high gear! If you haven't already made plans to be here, it's not too late. Put on your dancing shoes and head for the southeast corner of the Yates Center Historic Town Square. Enjoy the award winning live band, playing the greatest rock, pop, and country hits of the 80s from 7:30 to 11:30 tonight! Admission is free, all ages are welcome, and our bartenders will be serving up your favorite drinks all night long!

Rhinos Fitness Center sent in their crew last night to pick up the equipment for their new gym in YC. We are excited to see them putting this new venture together and look forward to watching it take off. It's going to be a great asset for the community!

Want to listen to a great concert, but looking for somewhere a little more subdued where you can visit with your friends? Come to our Yates Center Days Dance and hang out in the Meet on Main conference room where you can watch the CCTV stream of tonight's Pompous Jack concert and still carry on a conversation. Feeling thirsty? The bar is just a few steps away in the Grand Ballroom! It's all happening tonight, May 29th at LightHardware from 7:30PM-11:30PM. Admission is free. All are welcome!

The aftermath of interior patching and painting day 1 at LightHardware. I'm no expert, but I think it's going to take a lot of KILZ to make those Jane-Fonda-circa-1982 neon stripes fade into the past where they belong!
