A huge thank you for the Reindeer that were sponsored by The Marion County Heritage Society, Doshier and Associates, First Presbyterian Church, Tabitha Brown, Dr Shawn Bogle, and Beaman Realty. A People's Choice Award was given to the reindeer from Doshier and Associates. The Christmas on the Square Committee hopes that even more reindeer will appear at next year's celebration on December 6, 2025.

Y’all, one of the band members put their trumpet down in front of the thrift store on the square and someone picked it up, maybe thinking that it was a give away. Please help us get it back and share this with everyone.

We only had 6 of these to sell this year, so be looking for them on the Square on December 6th. You get to vote on which is the best decorated. Come by our table on December 7th to mark your ballot.

Yes it is time to think about this year's Christmas Parade. It will be on Saturday, December 7th starting at 5PM with line up beginning at 4PM at the Depot Park. The theme is always to Remember the Reason for the Season, celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ!

The parade will commence on Floyd Street to Old Main and continue past the Courthouse Square. Past the square, the parade can disperse, but please return to the square for the lighting of the Christmas trees.

Yes Folks, it's time to think about being in the Christmas parade. It will start at 5PM with line up beginning at 4PM at the Depot Park on Saturday, December 7th. The theme will always be to Keep the Reason for the Season, the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ.

The parade route is the same this year, commencing behind the Depot park on Floyd Street to Old Main Street all the way to the Square. From there, the parade will continue past the Square and will disperse. Please get back to the Square where we will light the Christmas Trees at the end of the parade.
There is no registration required. Thank you for joining the celebration!
