Each new season brings new possibilities, and the SpringHouse is entering a new season! We have loved having Ozark Campfire Coffee being in our space. They started as a pop-up coffee shop this summer, and wanted to test the possibility of opening every weekend this fall. There was good food, good conversations, birthdays, and even a wedding! Chuck and Cara, the owners of Ozark Campfire Coffee worked hard to make a pleasant and special experience for everyone who walked through the door. As much as they loved it, they have decided it's not the right path for their family and would like to pursue something different. While we are sad for them to leave, we wish them well on whatever their next season might bring them. We'll share any updates they have, continue to support their coffee business, and we ask that you do the same! You won't find a better coffee in the area in our opinion!
New Morning Bakery is still using our space, so also support them by reaching out, following, and ordering some custom baked goods for pickup or possible delivery.

I’m thinking that a slice of this with a bowl of soup would be amazing!!

Pane Bianco. It’s easy to describe the flavor: cheesy, garlicky, herby, with pops of flavor from the sun-dried tomato. It’s hard to describe how delicious this smells as it bakes and tastes in that first bite. It’s memorable to say the least! My kids are in love! Ha! Along with Challah bread, and rustic loaves, we’ll have some of these beauties for sale this weekend TheSpringhouse with . Stop by and pick one up to take home, from our family to yours!

We are preparing for this week's menu. The homestyle roast beef sandwich will have a Korean twist. We will also have a ham grilled cheese - house baked ham with fig jam for sweetness and Swiss cheese. Soups will be Mushroom Bisque and Creamy Potato.

We won't be wasting the ham bone. It will go into a pot of beans served with Jalepeño cornbread!
