This will be the last week for our home grown tulips (😭). The warm weather really gave them a push, so I’m working on harvesting and preparing every last stem. I have hundreds of stems to share with you! I’ll have the stand filled with bouquets tomorrow & Wednesday. And while I’m getting the tulips ready for you to enjoy, I think I’ll fill the house with some for myself too 🌷

I know this probably isn’t exciting to you, but it is huge for me! As you may know, I bought a fixer upper this spring. I needed a cooler desperately with how many weddings we did this year. Behind my flower shop, there was (what seemed to be) the perfect structure for it. My poor dad- he started taking it apart (last picture) and the whole thing crumbled to the ground because it was so old. So I saved up the money and got a custom shed that we transformed into the perfect cooler! My sweet boyfriend & dad insulated everything & set up shelves, and our friends at Lefever Electric, Inc. came out to get electric running to it. Now we have the perfect place to store our flowers to keep them fresh 🌻
