Around the 60-day mark, you’ll hear from your assigned lead planner, and we’ll schedule a time to connect, get to know you better, and walk through all the details from your vendor team to your timeline and everything in between.⁠

You’ll also receive access to our wedding planning portal, where everything starts to come together behind the scenes. From here on out, we’re your go-to team for support, coordination, and keeping things stress-free as your big day approaches!

Why hire a wedding planning team instead of a solo planner?

Because life happens, and having a team means you’re always covered. If your lead planner gets sick, has a family emergency, or is out on maternity leave, there’s always someone ready to step in and keep things running smoothly.

Recently, one of our couples had to reschedule their mountain wedding due to Hurricane Helene. The new date ended up falling during their original planner’s maternity leave. Thankfully, we were able to bring in the amazing to take over, and the day was just as perfect as planned.

When you hire a team, you’re not just getting one planner. You’re getting support, flexibility, and peace of mind.
