We are hiring for our Front Desk Team!

First impressions count the most - help us put our best foot forward! We are looking for Front Desk crew for our summer season, May - October 2023. Hone your social, writing, time management and media skills while welcoming hotel guests to the stunning coast of Maine. Our three hotels, all within 2 miles of each other, are filling full- and part-time positions for Front Desk agents and would love to meet you!

Position responsibilities include:
-Book reservations through different platforms: Property management system, phone, email
-Communications: responding to email, phone and messaging systems
-Communicate with Housekeeping Team to make them aware of any guest needs
-Circulate throughout the grounds to maintain guest-facing communications
-Stock/Re-stock gift shop as necessary
-Attend to guest needs and concerns as necessary
-Keep track of and organize registrations: hotel, rentals
-Perform room inspections post-cleaning

Our ideal candidates:
Must be friendly and personable, and able to communicate with guests and other team members.
Must be computer and internet literate, social media skills a plus.
Must provide own reliable transportation.
Must be able to work some nights and at least one weekend day/week.
Must be able to answer phones and emails in a professional manner.
Must be able to take direction and self-manage.
