Honestly, I've never been great at Valentine's Day (or any holiday, for that matter) because I believe love is something that should be celebrated every day, not just with gifts. Truth bomb time: I have been so exhausted by all the “things” for quite a while now, I had terrible brain fog (iykyk), my energy was so low that I didn’t want to get anything done and my gut health was way out of whack!
