There's games, kids' podcasts and--what we're most excited about--The Legends of Evergreen Hills weekly series. Every Monday throughout the Christmas season, a new Evergreen Hills episode drops in the Chick-fil-A Play app (please note, this is a different app from the Chick-fil-A One app which you use to order food). With Thanksgiving right around the corner, we feel an enormous amount of gratitude, not only because we are open and able to serve our guests, but also because the drive-thru remodel closure gave us the opportunity to slow down for a moment and serve our community in a different way. Collectively, the Chick-fil-A East York team volunteered over 330 hours during a four week period at places like Junior Achievement of South Central PA, Bell Socialization Services, Inc., The Advantage Program and Catholic Harvest Food Pantry, along with our own card ministry to nursing homes. The team built shelving, tutored students, organized and packaged food, provided bilingual translation services, ran classrooms, and so much more. If you have a few minutes, here’s a look at how we spent our time. ❤️
