o $75/hour for additional hours day before event o $500 or 1/2 of total is required as a deposit at time of contract signing; remaining balance due at least two weeks before event EVENT PACKAGE o Use of Event Center for a full day (8 am-1 am) o Five hours day before event o Two nights in the Bed and Breakfast o Use of the Bed and Breakfast on day of event $3500.00 BED and BREAKFAST Our bed and breakfast features a quiet country setting with a two bedroom house; a full kitchen, living area, and private bathrooms. Breakfast provided on each morning of your stay. Management onsite at all times.
