The floats constructed from a shoe box will be on display July 4 th at the Chapel On The Green from 9:00am til 12:00 noon ! Are you Interested in Becoming a Wedding or Event Co-ordinator in the future? Looking for a student or students ( 8th grade or high school) that would be interested in volunteering at the Chapel On The Green assisting with our weddings with April . Time committment for each event is usually 3 hours and usually take place on Saturdays and Sundays. Simple duties include helping wedding parties lineup for ceremony.. answer questions for guests.. assist April with closing routine. We have one soon to be Freshman volunteer now.. and she has been amazing. With our wedding business increasing we are looking to expand with a couple more volunteers. We are very flexible so your school activities can take first priority.

We were so excited to meet Scott & Leslie at the Tablescape Fundraiser at the Yorkville Public Library. While visiting our table they mentioned that they were married at the Chapel on January 1997..... 28 years ago ! They were so gracious to send us these photos of that memorable day ! Congratulations on 28 years of wedded bliss !

Imagine our surprise to see this parked in front of the Chapel On The Green today as we were preparing for today’s wedding . We thought this was the most unusual wedding party shuttle ! Truth of the matter was we think the truck driver was dying for one Jeff Hahn’s yummy hot dogs !!
