We are Astra and Mike, partners in life and purpose for 26 years. Together, we’ve raised five amazing children, and are blessed with one beautiful grandchild.

Our lives are rooted in a vision of a brighter future—one where alignment, freedom, and healthy living guide our choices and actions.

For the past nine years, we’ve cultivated not only the land, in organic farming, but also a lifestyle centered on health, clean living, and a deep connection to nature.

Astra is a life skills teacher, keeping the old traditions alive, as well as yoga instructor and lifelong student, continually deepening her practice.

Mike has recently become a certified personal trainer, and nutrition coach, and is passionate about helping others achieve their wellness goals.

Our shared love for travel and adventure has inspired us to create retreats that offer opportunities to pause, breathe, and reconnect.

Each gathering is thoughtfully curated to foster mindful movement, present living, and authentic connections—with the earth, with others, and most importantly, within yourself.

Through our retreats, we hope to help you disconnect from life’s daily stressors, rediscover balance, and build meaningful relationships.
