How It Began
After spending nine years studying in Pittsburgh, PA at various restaurants (Seviche, Sonoma Grille, The Elbow Room, The Grand Concourse) I moved back home to the Tri-County area to Gain custody of my 4 year old son. After four years of planning, writing recipes & developing menu concepts I've decided it's time to "Bring It Home" and go public with my catering business and share my gift with the world. All of my produce is purchased through local farmers markets and retailers. My proteins (meats, poultry & seafood) are hand selected by yours truly in the Strip District downtown Pittsburgh. Pricing is based upon availability and market value. You pay only for what I buy none of the extra costs that most establishments charge extra for.
