When you’re a preferred customer, the manager always takes care of you personally. Grateful for my fish mongers at @ospreyseafoodmarket and Tommy for always ensuring my order is fulfilled with their best fish from the morning’s delivery the day I pick up. My fish is never frozen and never dyed to retain a bright red color. Quality over cost always for our clients.

Designing this Dessert Table and Momosa Bar for a special couple; I love when I can get creative and use a ton of my styling pieces. Surprising mom to be with complete design with just a couple of inspiration photos. Showcasing our new custom built natural wood table and backdrops, beverage cart and my favorite acrylic champagne wall. Along with my edible butterfly treats and garden theme sweets, @mamamel924 sugar cookies, @ooeychewys cookies, @nothingbundtcakes filled the table with lots of love. Featuring @pvestatevineyards wines with various bubbles and @frewines non alcoholic sparkling for Mom to be. We were limited for set up time and would’ve added more balloons but our couple was happy with what we created. Remembering this special wedding! Jordana, my daughter’s childhood best friend who became my God Daughter got married to the man of her dreams. Last October at her grandparents home in Green Valley was a most beautiful spirit filled day! Such a special memory and I can’t believe we have not posted this until now. When my husband and I were asked to help Plan, Coordinate, Style and cater their intimate wedding, we were honored to help and be apart of another celebration at this home. We also got to witness and celebrate two receptions with their family and friends. My baby girls are grown and getting married!! Grateful that we get to do this!

When we aren’t event planning, coordinating, catering or styling, we provide concierge services in the Napa Valley for our out of state guests. I don’t always post my guests but these 3 couples have left an impression on my heart. As most my clients turn to friends, I had the pleasure of meeting Phil and Jenn at a private event I catered for in Indiana prior to their family trip. These six traveled with their beautiful children giving us an opportunity to host a party of 15. Their travels started from Washington, through the redwoods and ended up in Yountville. We had the pleasure of cooking for their entire family their first day in and again for their kids the second day. They have known each other for years through their kids and have finally had their long awaited summer trip together. I planned a day out for the parents with wine tastings, wine and dine VIP lunch experience at @pejuwinery and even a special Vintner exclusive tour and tasting with Len and @judycannatelli of Cannatelli wines. Matt and I were honored to personally chauffeur these amazing couples. Hearing their stories and learning who they are was the best part of our service. We are truly blessed that we get to serve!

Excited to announce one of our family vendor partners @dreamyrentals.ca has expanded their rental inventory and hospitality services. The coordination for themes, venue, food and decor is always top notch. Whenever @joelleybellly asks me to style on their candy cart, I love the opportunity to help and to also showcase some of our own styling inventory. We had an amazing time creating a grazing station on “The Cart” which we have used for a mimosa bar, kids food station and dessert bar several times. Their accompanying treats stand is also featured here. The disco theme for Demi’s 1st birthday was the cutest! We used our flashy disco ball cake stands and silver jeweled stands in our grazing table. Shoutout out to @amazon for a quick delivery of our disco ball shot glasses and picks that were perfect for our caprese salad skewers and the disco cups that were perfect for our snack cups.

The black and white wedding posting just reminded me of this Tasting appointment with our July couple. Wedding at @pvestatevineyards. Sonia and Travis told me they and their family have a common love for Chinese Food but wasn’t sure if it was appropriate for a wedding. We say yes to what you want! Let’s just have some fun with it because they both have a fun spirit. For the appetizer hour, I plan on serving vegetable egg rolls on top of fried rice noodles out of these mini black Chinese food boxes and miso salad out of the white boxes that will be labeled and crispy shrimp chips. Our garlic noodles and grilled vegetables in place of chowmein, grilled sirloin steak with charred broccoli and bok choy for a Mongolian beef substitute, and tons of fortune cookies.
