I have been jamming today! Here you have Blueberry Jam, Triple Berry (raspberry, blackberry & blueberry) and Strawberry-Golden Kiwi Jelly! Please note that I have not raised my prices since 2019! 1/2 pints are $8 and pints are $15.
I also have 1/2 pints of prickly pear, 1 pint of pomegranate and both sizes in jalapeño jam available.

I am not sure most of you know this. I do home cooking for private orders but when it is sold in a restaurant, I have to make it there in the commercial kitchen. I will be making this tomorrow for The Roost! I have been making cheesecakes for them for about 2 years.
I often “test” recipes and randomly decide who gets to taste. Last night I tested a recipe and took it to my office where my co-workers were happy to “help”. Lol gotta love them! This test was for a PRICKLY PEAR CHEESECAKE! It was a HUGE HIT!

Well St Patrick’s Day is in a few days so……Mint Chocolate Chip Cheesecake is a must!

Recipe testing today for more side items on the meals. It’s a tough job but I do whatever it takes for you 😂.
