A building/permanent location can definitely offer ease, convenience, and flexibility... but it is incredibly special to watch others come along side you, time and time again, to make the mobile-magic happen 🤗 🩶🤗🩶

2023 was our first year, and we were able to coordinate 3 events!

This year, after our appreciation dinner, we will have coordinated 5 events for 2024!

Our events are as much fun for our participant families as they are for our volunteers 🩶

Darin and I learned early on that the people in our lives that help us care for Tessa so well are the people we want community with! Brief interactions during a 'scheduled' appointment, or IEP meeting or even school drop off and pickup ~ are just not enough!

We feel very passionate about rallying around families AND the amazing individuals that help those same families gracefully navigate the challenges of this life. It is a GIFT to really get to know the most amazing people in Tessa's life.

So, if you know of an incredible individual or professional that invests in the lives of individuals with disabilies that might also enjoy an investment back, send them our way! We've seen how experiencing community at our events with the population that you invest in personally and professionally is possible and beautiful...and here at Ultimate Shift, it's something that definitely has our full commitment 🩶
