April 2024 is our 11 year anniversary! First painting party company in Muskingum County. We have enjoyed teaching new paintings custom created so you can learn techniques, have fun, and go home with a piece of art you are proud of. Thank you for being with us whether you've been here since the beginning or joined our business journey more recently. Thank you to all the businesses who have allowed us to bring art fun in to your businesses on the slow days. Thank you to all of the wonderful local artists and assistants who have worked for/with us over the years. We are still around and teach select painting parties throughout the year. Keep following our page for public party opportunities or message us if you'd like us to bring supplies to you for a small to mid size (6-20) party of your own. Celebrate Spirited Creations 11th anniversary with this brand new painting! Area adults (teens are welcome to register to attend, too) are invited to join us for a fun evening of creation, learning, and snacking! This is a new painting created custom for this event. It will look wonderful on your front door or anywhere you need a little Springtime whimsy. Attendees will be instructed step by step by local artist Carrie Turner throughout the process of creating their own fairy or gnome home/doorway. We will be using paints, paint markers, and glitter (for those who choose to). This painting is designed for those who have never touched a brush before to beginner skill level. It is completely customizable and options will be shown and encouraged. All painting supplies are provided.

Bottled water and plates/cutlery/napkins are included in the ticket price. If your finances allow, guests are encouraged to bring a small container of a pre-washed and pre-cut fruit or vegetable to share (or a fruit dip or dressing would work, too!). If your finances do not allow, we'd still like you to register for this party and enjoy what is offered complimentary. The party will be held at the Muskingum Valley Park District's Visitor Center at Mission Oaks Gardens, 496 Pitman Street, Zanesville, OH 43701. A portion of the proceeds of this event will be donated to the MVPD and Mission Oaks Garden. Michelle Illing, park representative, will be on hand to share more about what is coming up this year with the MVPD, fun events for you and your children/grandchildren, when the fairies return to the park, National Public Gardens Day celebration, all of the locations you can enjoy within the county, and more. We encourage all to take advantage of this opportunity to check out the rentable events center space and enjoy fellowship with friends.

⭐ 🎨 We are booking for Spring parties now. (We are also available over the Summer, but know people enjoy the outdoors and vacations then.) We can come to your church, house, business within an hour of New Concord or you are welcome to bring the crew to the workshop room of BunkoJess Gallery in Zanesville, where Carrie displays her artwork, at no extra charge. 6+ adults if you come to us. 8+ adults if we come to you. $30 per person. You choose the painting. If booked with enough advance time, we can create a custom painting to your theme or decorating preference at no additional charge. We no longer offer children's painting parties and invite you to check out Julie's ARTery for those. We would also like to invite you to follow Carrie Turner - Artist for non painting party type art classes and pop up events and call your attention to February: Inanimate Subject Matter Series: Still Life Practice which occurs on the second Wednesday of every month from 6-8 p.m. at BunkoJess Gallery and is free of charge. It's a good way to practice and expand your art skills around other like-minded people. Hope to see you sometime this year! 🎨 ⭐

A yoga and paint party this Sunday! Get registered on their website!

Let’s explore the art of yoga! Sunday February 4, at 1, Sandy Booth and Carrie Turner team up to bring you a fun, new experience combining our favorite practices!
We will play with dropping paint on sheets of watercolor paper. The paper is placed under your yoga mat and we allow our yoga practice to create a beautiful abstract original painting. We will have plastic sheets down to protect your mat and clothing. This class is for anyone who wants to create experiential art within a yoga class.
Bring an open mind and your adventurous spirit- this will be fun! 😍

P.S. Check out their roof, which is being renovated in the colors and design of the very original roof many years ago! Hail damage stinks. But, being able to bring it back to it's original beauty will be wonderful.
