We have overstocked on prime grade brisket and will have some for sale for Christmas.

They will come smoked to perfection, sliced, panned, and ready to reheat for your Christmas dinner. They must be paid in full by either check or Venmo for us to cook it. Price is $185 and it will feed 15-20 people.
