Patience and perseverance! These dedicated flower lovers waited out the storm on Saturday afternoon and resumed picking after the storm blew through . It was worth the wait!

Please note- our UPick will stay open during light rain, but if a thunderstorm is heading our way, we will close temporarily and ask our guests to wait in their car or come back when the weather has cleared. Please check the weather or call before you come when storms are likely.

Feliz día de los Mu***os!

In Mexico, the marigold is known as flor de mu**to, which translates to "flower of the dead". The marigold is a key part of the annual Day of the Dead festival, Día de los Mu***os, where the bright orange flowers are used to decorate altars to the dead. The flower's strong scent and color are thought to help guide the spirits of the dead home.

Dia de los Mu***os is celebrated on November 1st and 2nd to honor loved ones who have passed.

We are now closed for the season. We finally got some much needed rain, however, the deer came in and had a feast! That along with a swarm of cucumber beetles, we simply do not have enough flowers to open UPick to the public. We have made the hard decision to close for the season.
