They have won several championships and have expanded their menu for catering and on their food truck. The Chocolate Hog was created by owners Steve Geisz
and Stephanie Herrig. Steve is a professional BBQ competitior and
was owner/operator of BoarCephus BBQ for 3 years. Chef
Stephanie is a graduate in Culinary Arts with a strong emphasis
on all things sweet to include homeade pastries and bake

d goods. Together they have been able to customize any event for anyone
some of the best food in the TRI states.

The Chocolate hog bbq is at the fair this week in the beer garden! Come see us and try our new “Sunday Newspaper”. Giant tortilla filled with smoked beef, chicken and pork zest slaw melted cheese topped with mushrooms and onion! Also we will be serving ribs frida and Saturday night. Come out and see us and enjoy some good bbq!!
