When two high school sweethearts tie the knot, they definitely deserve a worthy celebration. Thao and Bao’s destination wedding in Danang was a striking mixture of colorfulness and immaculate vibes, where the couple painted dreams in vibrant hues.

The wedding’s tone and decoration concept were extensions of the bride Thao’s radiant personality. Originally, she was going to opt for an all-white palette but then decided that her wedding should reflect her true self – vibrant, vigorous and exciting. Donning neon pink, complemented by touches of orange, yellow and greenery, their wedding astonished with its eye-catching palette and elegant decorative elements such as white Ottomans and embroidered parasols.

Thao and Bao took their guests through a range of emotions from sentimentality to bursting excitement. You could imagine how thoughtful and emotional the vows of two high school sweethearts were, while at the same time, the couple’s energy and flair elevated everyone’s experience and feelings in each key moment. Picturesque entrances, surprise performances, an electifying party night,… you name it, they got it!

The wedding’s transformative decor concept and upbeat mood led to the bride naming it “Waves of Euphoria – Painting dreams in vibrant hues”.

Didier and Selena’s wedding took place in the ethereal air on the sacred mountain of Yen Tu. The magnificent mountain scape and the sunset glittering on the lake, along with an elegant flower arch, generated a delicate atmosphere for this mountain wedding at Legacy Yen Tu.

Staying true to the spirit of a destination wedding, Didier and Selena emphasized on their guests’ experience at the wedding. Aside from choosing an ancient Vietnamese-style venue, they welcomed guests with wedding favors of lotus seeds, nut candy bars. In the cozy reception, the bride and the groom gifted each guest a customized mini statue resembling them as a gesture of appreciation for being a part of their special day.

The Planners Danang was totally captivated by Michael and Sally’s kind hearts and radiant spirits throughout the planning process and their big day. Their calmness, bright smiles and gentle souls made it such a memorable project for the team and played a big part in their love story as well. Having known each other just before COVID, they deepened their bond with common hobbies such as home-cooked dinners, Harry Potter marathon and board games.

Sally is a bride from South Korea who reminds us of the beautiful spring in this lovely country. Therefore, we came up with a spring-like, pastel, blush peach palette centered around by a botanical setup. With this wedding, we challenged ourselves by implementing the botanical style (typically for outdoor settings) in the famous White Hall of InterContinental Danang for Michael and Sally’s dinner reception. Despite having only 40 guests who mostly travelled from the States and Korea, the wedding was filled with precious emotions from Michael, Sally and their loved ones. They rejoiced in a romantic wedding ceremony, had heart-melting first looks with each other and the decor setup, shedded tears with their family in the moving speeches during the dinner party. Everything just gave out such an elegant sense of purity and joyfulness from start to finish.

Georgina and Toan met in college, where they shared a close friendship which later developed into romance. They never rushed their relationship and patiently waited for the right moment to tie the knot. After having a baby boy in 2020, Toan and Georgina figured it was time to take it to the next level, hence a vibrant wedding in Vietnam, the groom’s home country.

The summer in Danang was chilled down with a fresh breeze of Georgina and Toan’s tropical destination wedding. The vibrantly striking color palette brought upon such an upbeat vibe to their special day and fitted seamlessly with the rattan lanterns setup for the dinner reception. The wedding was filled with joy and laughters as the couple had long looked forward to this special chapter of their lives.

When it comes to bringing the couple’s spirit into the wedding, Cathy and John’s wedding seemingly came second to none. Their story was laced into each development of the wedding day, creating a seamless mix of excitement and sweetness from start to end, with each key moment transpiring in Rihanna’s songs – the bride’s favorites.

With Nha Trang’s azure sky and sea as the background, the pure white wedding stage facilitated core memories for both the couple and their guests right from the entrances. The groomsmen ignited the ceremony with a basketball-themed introduction, coupled with personal roasts written by John himself. Cathy and John performed songs whose lyrics seem to tell their love journey. The night was literally lit up with an epic sparklefall right at the chorus of “All Of The Lights”.

It is always special to create a wedding where every part screams the name of the bride and groom. Cathy and John’s thoughtfulness successfully elevated their guests’ experience, who totally passed the vibe check with their unmatched energy. “We Found Love” generated countless unforgettable memories, not just for Cathy, John and their beloveds but our team as well!

“Green Paradies” consisted of all what we love about destination weddings; a romantic ceremony on the beach in an eye-catching palette, a glittering marquee, various personalized details, an exciting jet ski entrance and an unforgettable party night. This is not a painting. These are the surreal scenes from the mountain wedding of Trang and Toan.

Approximately 1,000 miles above sea level, their wedding was held early in the morning when the sunlight sparkled brilliantly upon the bride’s veil and the elegant decorations. As exquisite the mountainscape was, the emotions influx generated a tearful yet joyful atmosphere throughout the ceremony where Trang and Toan exchanged heartfelt vows and experienced the most memorable day with their most beloved ones.

After 11 years and having a baby boy of their own, Jessica and Dang officially moved to the next chapter of their lives with a heart-warming destination wedding in Danang.

The wedding went through the whole spectrum of emotion; the getting ready when the bride and groom had a blast of fun with their best friends, the romantic wedding ceremony on the beach got the couple and guests laugh and cry at the same time, then the dinner reception and party night pushed everyone’s emotion to the maximum again.

No matter how beautiful a decor setup is, the most important factor is ultimately the emotional flow of the people and the memories made from the wedding. It’s an honor for The Planners Danang to have been able to put together a wonderful and memorable day for Jessica and Dang, as well as their beloved ones.

Linh and Chien’s destination wedding left a special impression in their guests and The Planners’ team, not just for its gorgeous concept but also the benign hospitality of the bride and groom.

Their mindfulness for the wedding was expressed firsthand in the wedding’s name that they chose themselves - “For the sage of love”. Sage, a graceful color and the wedding’s primary tone, is also the name of the plants used for the table setup in the dinner reception. Furthermore, the name is a word play of the phrase “For the sake of love” – a sentence that summarizes the wedding’s spirit.

Since the wedding took place on Earth’s Day, Linh and Chien gave their guests environment-themed and eco-friendly gifts such as cactus-shaped candles, stone lotus with the personal letters from the couple. Their warmth reception and investing in elevating guests’ experience truly brought into being a core memory for their loved ones. The Planners team also received lovely gifts on the wedding day and after!

Năm 2023 đánh dấu chặng đường 10 năm theo đuổi và nỗ lực hết sức mình trong vai trò wedding planner của chị Vân Nguyễn - Founder của The Planners.
Khởi đầu từ niềm yêu thích những điều xinh đẹp, ý nghĩa trong cuộc sống và mong mỏi được tìm ra đam mê để theo đuổi, chị Vân đã tìm ra được con đường để đi và xây dựng những giá trị cốt lõi nhất của bản thân trong công việc cũng như cuộc sống.

Một đoạn chia sẻ của chị Vân trong dấu mốc đặc biệt này xin được gửi tới tất cả những ai đã và đang trên con đường tìm kiếm đam mê và bồi đắp biến đam mê trở thành động lực phát triển:
“Có một câu nói của John Irving mà mình rất thích đó là “𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐭”. Mọi điều mình thích, mình yêu đều không sai và nó sẽ có ý nghĩa nếu mình đủ kiên trì và can đảm để theo tới cùng. Mình đã quyết tâm và dành 10 năm tuổi trẻ để sống hết mình cho điều mình chọn, vừa để sống với điều mình chọn, vừa để khiến nó phải đem lại một ý nghĩa bền vững và lâu dài không chỉ với bản thân mình mà còn với cả tất những người đã đồng hành cùng mình để làm điều đó."

Cơ sở để theo đuổi và đạt được ước mơ đó là ước mơ đó phải càng ngày càng lớn, ngày càng sâu sắc. Ngay cả khi mình đạt được nó, về cơ bản mình vẫn phải tiếp tục làm lớn ước mơ đó lên và tự thử thách bản thân để liên tục đạt được những nấc cao hơn của ước mơ. Như vậy mơ ước, the way of life hay chính là công việc này làm cho mình và những người đồng hành luôn lớn lên. Cho dù có trải qua bao nhiêu năm nữa trong nghề, mình vẫn không bao giờ cảm thấy bằng lòng với bản thân và sẽ luôn tìm thấy động lực mới cũng như giữ nguyên được niềm ham thích với nghề nghiệp này để theo đuổi nó lâu dài.”

It was so refreshing to once again see lotus blooming beautifully in a destination wedding in Danang. For Hanh and Nic’s special day, we wanted to incorporate Vietnamese signature charms into the concept, complemented by an elegant palette and details. As we always aim to try out new elements, shapes and forms in our decorative concepts, the 5-piece backdrop was an innovative category which added fresh visual experience to the guests.

Travel is one of the most popular themes for destination weddings. With Tung and Huong, their journey of love consists of stories and memories collected from various destinations in the world. Hence, for their wedding in Halong, The Planners incorporated creative travel-themed details to make it the most memorable destination in their love passport.

The tropical style is not just an ideal for a destination wedding but also the signature style which reminds Tung and Huong of the countries they had spent years in. Distinct materials such as rattan, palm leaves in addition with designed details of passports, boarding pass, hot air balloon,... completed the decor concept and conveyed their story to the guests. The name “Love is in the air” was a nod to their love story which is tightly attached to the numerous flights they have been on together.

Tung and Huong’s radiant personality and positive energy generated such a joyful and emotional atmosphere throughout the wedding. Upbeat music, lighting and a colorful dress code also contributed to an exciting wedding night for the couple and their beloved ones.

When two high school sweethearts tie the knot, they definitely deserve a worthy celebration. Thao and Bao’s destination wedding in Danang was a striking mixture of colorfulness and immaculate vibes, where the couple painted dreams in vibrant hues.

Originally, Thao was going to opt for an all-white palette but then decided that her wedding should reflect her true self – vibrant, vigorous and exciting. Donning neon pink, complemented by touches of orange, yellow and greenery, their wedding astonished with its eye-catching palette and elegant complementary decorative elements such as white Ottomans and embroidered parasols.

Thao and Bao took their guests through a range of emotions from sentimentality to bursting excitement. You could imagine how thoughtful and emotional the vows of two high school sweethearts were, while at the same time, the couple’s energy and flair elevated everyone’s experience and feelings in each key moment.

Diep & Hannes are a mixed couple based in Germany and a majority of their wedding’s guests come from this faraway country. Therefore, the bride wanted to bring gardenia, subtropical vibes to their destination wedding in Danang.

The wedding featured a wide array of Vietnamese charms, such as the use of greenery decorative elements, sugarcane juice cart, coconut paper fans,... to let the guests thoroughly enjoy the experience of a beach wedding in our beautiful country, while at the same time, brought out such satisfyingly aesthetic values.
