Tam and Hubert had always longed for a dreamy cruise wedding in the bride's home country of Vietnam, and it was The Planners Halong's pleasure to turn it into reality. Set against Lan Hạ Bay's magnificent scenery on a December day kissed by the golden sunset, their long-awaited cruise wedding was nothing short of magical.

The cruise deck where their wedding ceremony was held was adorned with luxuriant flowers of a sweet pastel palette, with the chic mirror aisle reflecting every cherished moment. In this surreal and tranquil setting, Tam and Hubert shared an emotional first look, and later on an intimate vow exchange, surrounded and witnessed by 60 of their most beloved ones.

The reception was held inside the cruise - a warmly candlelit ambience where our couple and their guests rejoiced in an exciting atmosphere. Aside from the seemingly endless dancing and celebrating, one of the highlights of the night was the mother-son and father-daughter first dance, a beautiful testament to love and family bonds. The party went on and on into the night, marking a beginning to Tam & Hubert's new chapter in their lives.

Như một dàn nhạc giao hưởng tổng hoà thanh âm từ những nhạc cụ khác nhau, tình yêu cũng là một bản nhạc với các cung bậc cảm xúc đa dạng, hoà quyện tạo nên một giai điệu hoàn chỉnh giữa 2 cá thể.

Kết nối với nhau bởi niềm đam mê chung là âm nhạc, Trí và Nguyên quyết định biến đám cưới của mình trở thành một đêm nhạc đáng nhớ, nơi cả hai cùng cất lên khúc ca say đắm của tình yêu. 𝐎𝐜𝐞𝐚𝐧’𝐬 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞: 𝐀 𝟒-𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐮𝐞

Throwing it back to one of our most remarkable projects executed in August at the stunning Banyan Tree Lang Co. This multi-day celebration was an opulent 4-day Indian wedding, in collaboration with the renowned Akarshana Events, known for their mastery in orchestrating luxurious Indian weddings.

The event involved a meticulous 7-day setup and construction process, making it one of the most intricate and labor-intensive projects our team has ever managed. The wedding unfolded across 8 distinct and unforgettable functions.

Below are notable ceremonies: the Telugu Wedding Ceremony in the morning and the Christian Wedding Ceremony in the afternoon. Each required a unique design and atmosphere to honor the cultural significance and beauty of the respective traditions, while seamlessly transitioning from one to the other in the span of a single day.

Ocean’s Embrace là một dự án lớn và đáng nhớ mà chúng tôi thực hiện vào tháng 8/2024 tại Banyan Tree Lang Co. Đây là một lễ cưới Ấn Độ sang trọng kéo dài 3 ngày, hợp tác cùng Akarshana Events – đơn vị nổi tiếng trong việc tổ chức những đám cưới Ấn Độ cao cấp.

Dự án có quy mô lớn và khối lượng công việc khổng lồ nhưng lại được thực hiện trong khoảng thời gian rất ngắn, chỉ gần 1 tháng cho toàn bộ công tác chuẩn bị. Quá trình setup cho dự án kéo dài 7 ngày liên tục, từ sáng đến đêm muộn, với số lượng đơn vị thi công đông đảo nhất từ trước đến nay. Đám cưới diễn ra trong 4 ngày, với 8 nghi thức và nghi lễ riêng biệt, mỗi nghi thức đều có yêu cầu set up phức tạp, biến đổi về layout, tông màu và chất liệu sử dụng. Đây thực sự là một thử thách thú vị giúp chúng tôi tích lũy được rất nhiều kinh nghiệm, đồng thời có thêm những hiểu biết về các nghi thức cưới trong đám cưới Ấn Độ truyền thống.

Dưới đây là những hình ảnh về set up cho 2 trong số 8 buổi lễ đã được thực hiện: Lễ Cưới Telugu vào buổi sáng và Lễ Cưới Ki-tô giáo vào buổi chiều. Mỗi nghi thức yêu cầu một thiết kế và không gian riêng biệt để tôn vinh ý nghĩa văn hóa và vẻ đẹp của từng truyền thống, đồng thời cũng cần có sự kết nối, chuyển tiếp suôn sẻ từ nghi thức này sang nghi thức khác chỉ trong một ngày.

𝟏. 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐭
We designed custom-made, arced tables arranged in a spiral around the reflective dance floor. Named "Family," "Destiny," and "Eternity," the three tables symbolized the pillars of Hảo and Thư's love story, encircling them on their special night. This arrangement not only created a visually stunning effect but also ensured guests had a clear view of the central dance floor from every angle.

𝟐. 𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠
Draping was a key 2024 wedding trend, and we aimed to elevate it to new heights. Weeks of preparation went into selecting the perfect fabric, ensuring the color and material matched the "Golden Horizon" theme and even considering how the fabric would flap in the wind. The draping, colored to mirror the Phu Quoc sunset, featured an LED logo and a sun-shaped light that added an elegant, iconic touch to the reception area.

𝟑. 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐬
While the ceremony showcased vibrant hues, the reception took on a more dramatic tone with deep reds as the primary color. Each flower was chosen for its shape and shade to fit seamlessly with the luxurious theme. Personalized polaroids placed at each guest’s seat added an intimate touch to the table arrangements.

𝟒. 𝐋𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠
Hours were spent testing and adjusting the lighting the night before to complement the decor perfectly. A range of lights was used to create dynamic effects, and the colors were carefully selected to enhance the romantic and luxurious ambiance. The result was an immersive, dazzling setting for the couple and their loved ones to enjoy.

From the grand concept visible from afar to the intricate details admired up close, Hảo and Thư's dinner reception was nothing short of spectacular. Paired with lively activities, heartfelt tributes and romantic surprises, it was truly an epic celebration of love for the ages.

“The rating she gave me as a manager was initially high. With each year, the score got lower... When she left the company in 2021, there was no farewell drinks with me. Next time we met was June 2022 at an ex-colleague’s wedding; I was struck by her radiance. I tried to organize lunch once or twice thereafter, but not until April 2023 that I succeeded...”

A rather rough start led to an unlikely relationship which ended up with a beautiful wedding in 2024 – Long and Phuong Anh’s wedding was the fruition of, in their words, Long’s relentless effort and Phuong Anh realizing that his future groom wasn’t “just an annoying boss”. 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞.

For Michael and Geneva's wedding in Saigon, we envisioned a decoration concept centered around a single flower: 𝑑𝑒𝑙𝑝ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑖𝑢𝑚. With hundreds of delphinium branches in stunning blue and purple hues, we created a dreamy floral field that served as a captivating photo booth. It was a bold decision to utilize one sole type of flower for decoration, which also required fitting arrangements of shaping and color distribution, but the final result became in alignment with our approach of he creative plan.

This choice of flower and design carried a personal touch. One of Michael and Geneva's fondest memories took place on their canoeing trip on Lake Louise in Canada, under a star-filled sky where the Milky Way felt almost within reach. The deep, celestial tones of the delphiniums and the visuals displayed inside the ballroom reflected the magical night sky that bore witness to their most cherished moment together.

A lovely way to begin 2025 with the kind words from our bride at our last wedding of 2024:

Khi thực hiện lễ ăn hỏi cho Chi và Quốc, The Planners đặt ưu tiên cân bằng 2 yếu tố: một concept thể hiện rõ nét nhất cá tính của cô dâu Chi, và không gian trang trí hài hoà với kiến trúc ngôi nhà.

Dựa trên định hướng này, thiết kế của concept nhấn mạnh nét ấm cúng, cổ kính của một lễ truyền thống, đồng thời mang đến sự tươi sáng và rực rỡ qua sắc hoa và trang phục áo dài của cô dâu, chú rể cùng hai bên gia đình. Bên cạnh đó, concept không thiếu đi tính hiện đại dành cho cặp đôi Gen Z khi sử dụng điểm nhấn sáng và đậm, cùng sự bảng màu chuyển sắc vàng - xanh lá, chấm phá tông cam đất để tạo sự khác biệt, phù hợp không gian ngôi nhà.

Sự giao thoa uyển chuyển giữa nét đẹp truyền thống và tính hiện đại, cùng những khối màu tươi tắn như bầu trời mùa hạ, chính là những yếu tố mà cô dâu Chi luôn mong muốn cho ngày đặc biệt của mình.

Happy one-year anniversary, Minh & Linh!

Ngày này tròn một năm trước, The Planners đã có cơ hội mang tới ánh trăng xanh huyền ảo giữa bầu trời sao lộng lẫy tới đám cưới của cặp đôi Gen Z dễ thương Minh và Linh. Undoubtedly one of our most memorable destination weddings in 2024 was the vibrant celebration of love for Tim and Andrew. A perfect blend of intricate decoration concept and dynamic agenda, "The Story of Fire and Wood" was an epic climax to our beloved grooms' love journey.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭
Largely inspired by Tim and Andrew's Chinese Zodiac signs and elements of Fire and Wood, the wedding beautifully blended their Asian cultural roots with their personal aesthetic preferences. The concept incorporated elements from Chinese and Vietnamese traditions, reflecting their heritage while showcasing their individual tastes. The wedding ceremony's stage symbolized a wooden heart set on fire - signifying the flames of love intensified each passing day within the couple.

The dinner reception continues the fiery theme of the ceremony. Above their sweetheart table hanged their Zodiac signs – Andrew’s Ox and Tim’s Tiger. The centerpiece of the reception featured a red hanging installation on the ceiling, mimicking the image of a flame. This flame rose like a dragon, reaching its peak above the sweetheart table and denoting a new beginning. Meanwhile, the table settings for guests were designed around the other four elements: Air, Earth, Fire and Water – inspired by the four elements from "Avatar: The Last Airbender," their favorite show. The idea was so well-executed and appreciated that their guests even held a mini competition to see which table was the best.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠
Tim and Andrew's wedding brought their guests through the whole spectrum of emotions with sincere, quirky and uplifting moments. After the heart-melting first look, the wedding ceremony began with a warm tea ceremony where they honored their parents' nurturing, leading up to the loving vow exchange with Godzilla's cameo as the ring bearer.

While their guests were still buzzing with excitement from grasping the reception's concept, Tim and Andrew started the evening with a bang, appearing amidst the lion dance. What followed was a flurry of unforgettable moments that invoked the deepest sentimentalities; moving speeches from Tim and Andrew's beloveds, a first dance capturing the hearts of all who were present, and a viral one-in-a-million bouquet toss that ended up on the White Hall's ceiling.

Tim and Andrew's wedding ended up a love-filled phenomenon acknowledged by the international audience, praised for transcending all prejudice in spectacular fashion. In the end, love always prevails!

“The rating she gave me as a manager was initially high. With each year, the score got lower... She left the company in late 2021, there was no farewell drinks with me. Next time we met was June 2022 at an ex-colleague’s wedding; I was struck by her radiance. You have seen Thư and Hảo’s wedding in Phu Quoc, but have you seen everything behind the curtains? In a project which gathered personnel from The Planners Saigon, Hanoi and Danang, we would like to show you a summary with the most direct, exclusive and raw perspective behind this epic destination wedding. 45 days of planning, 4 days of construction and hundreds of personnel involved – all to create the best 8 hours for our dear bride and groom. In this video, you can see how Thư and Hảo’s wedding decoration came to life; from the flower arch radiating under the sun to the grand marquee that required the most attention to details. Behind every wonderful moment that the guests witnessed in person or you might have watched online, there were meticulous preparation and coordination to make sure everything was perfectly set in motion and transpired exactly how we had all envisioned it.
