“45 years! What is your secret for a successful marriage?” asked my wife Hang to Jackie and Steven

“Laugh a lot!” said Jackie without any hesitation.

We were just walking around when we saw them. They were sitting on a bench for a while, peacefully looking over the Saigon river. I got curious about them.

“It’s the 7th time we’re visiting Vietnam” Steven told me. “And we’ll keep visiting while we still can” added Jackie. They were enjoying their last few days before returning back to London.

After our chat, I asked them if I could take their portrait.

I loved the surprise BD 🎂 which picture is your favorite?

In a wedding, the bride and the groom only get to live their side of the wedding. That’s already a lot… on the moment. But there are so many other stories! In fact, there are as many as there are guests.

I try to capture as many of those untold stories, so the newly weds can rediscover their wedding day through a new lens.

I build trust with couples before their big day, so they can be comfortable and let me capture their most beautiful moments on that day.

Last picture = Guest moment at its finest 👌 which one is your favorite?

In a wedding, there are as many stories as there are guests. The groom and the bride fully live theirs, and that’s already a lot. But they can miss out on a lot of moments they never knew happened.
I try to document these untold stories, so the newlyweds can rediscover their wedding day in a new way.

Because of the heavy rain, Emily and Xavier had to vow in a narrow room instead of a spacious garden. That didn’t hinder me from capturing the intimacy of the ceremony. From the kids throwing joyfully the petals to the warm and kind look on family and friends faces, emotion was always there.

A lot of unexpected things can come up during a wedding. But I believe it’s my role to adapt to whatever happens, and make the most out of every moment of your big day.
