Last Friday I attended the Jaspas - HCMC opening party, and, speaking with 10 years of fine dining catering and service experience in my background, I must say it was one of the most well run events I have attended in Vietnam.

The service was great- my glass was never empty! The food was delicious! The company was grand! Congratulations on your beautiful new space and thank you for having Saigon Beer School in attendance. Looking forward to my next visit- The Dean
