Space Monkies In the beginning, there was space, formless and empty. Then came the monkies, ready to be shot into space monkies – hey, look carefully, it is NOT monkeys!

SPACE MONKIES is conceived by and during a host of dreams and wishes, of traumas and anxieties, of brokenness and a very self-ironic attempt to not become a self parody of what it tries to be transcendental over, or merely different, experienced, unexperienced and re-experienced through the years and projects and organizations and people involved one way or another, like the interwoven references

coming together as a distinct, exponential whole. SPACE is where the MONKIES operate, all through generous donation – on event or project basis - of the interested participants to be incentivized and motivated to generate the very next content. Almost everyone with a voice to speak, a thing to share, an experience to be vocal about, can come forward and become the next “monkie”, ready to be shot into SPACE.
