It can’t be fresher than this. From the boat off the coast of Efate and onto the plate. Thank you to our supplier, Uncle Jotham Napat for supporting local business. The vibrant flavors of the ocean truly shine through in every bite. We are proud to showcase the bounty of our waters, connecting our vanua to the land and sea. Together, we celebrate the richness of our culinary heritage, one meal at a time.

We are doing a small start this year as our new location is still under construction and we will be doing Deliveries as of tomorrow onwards. Below are some of the Items for tomorrow evening.

*Fresh Torba whole coconut crab 🦀 tossed in a creamy garlic and basil coconut sauce(Limited only)(7500vt/Tray)
*Roast local pork belly Slices with tamarind(800vt/TakeawayBox)
*Roast Veal slices with an island cabbage Pesto.(800vt/Takeaway box)

All items served with steamed Banana laplap, kumala Salad & sweet and spicy🌶️ Raw island cabbage & pumkin salad

Limited serves only so Private message if you're interested in a dinner package tomorrow.
