The Millennium Center is a privately owned full service venue located in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem.

We can provide casual or fine dining amenities, full bar service, décorations, audio/visual services, and most anything else you have in mind. The building was originally constructed in 1906 to be used as the City of Winston Post Office. In 1914 the city of Winston and Salem joined together to become Winston-Salem. The building was expanded and became the US Federal Building for the region. It hou

sed the United States Post Office, US Federal Court, US Attorney, FBI, US Marshal, Military enlistment offices and the IRS. In 1937 it was expanded again to accommodate the growing City. It functioned in this way until 1992 when it was abandoned and all operations moved to the outskirts of Downtown. The Millennium Center is celebrating 20+ years in the wedding industry.�We would be honored to host your rehearsal dinner, ceremony and wedding reception. We can provide casual or fine dining services, full bar service, florals and decorations, audio/visual services, wedding design, day of coordination and most anything else you have in mind. Visit our website millenniumevents.ws to view more information, images and details about our three unique venue floors: the Speakeasy and Garden Room on the Lower level, the Historic Courtroom and Grand Jury Room on the Upper Level and the Millennium Ballroom and Grand Lobby on the Main level. Each of the levels are unique and provide space for your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, dance area, bars, restrooms, and plenty of room for bands and DJ’s.
