🟣 The Case Study Presentation: “BPO Research for Western Balkans, Sector Spreadsheet for the Republic of Kosovo and Vocational Skills Development”.

This presentation started off with a speech by Vigan Disha. He delivered an interactive presentation where he talked about the sector thoroughly, the global outlook for BPO, the anticipated growth in the near future, and what is happening with this sector in our country. 📈

He emphasized that Kosovo is a country with potential due to the workforce which puts it on a pedestal compared to many other countries. 🇽🇰

The panel continued with a constructive dialogue between the moderator, Leonora Kusari, and the two speakers - Vigan Disha and Fatlinda Mujko.

🟣 The Deputy Ambassador of Switzerland, Pauline Menthonexx - Gacaferi, in her speech at the BPO Summit spoke about the importance of cooperation between the private sector and the government, emphasizing that ICT and BPO are currently high priorities and that significant development is expected in the near future. 🇨🇭
She further mentioned the importance of investing in people who are not only committed but also understand the impact of their work and contribution.

🟣Aurora Kingji will be moderating the "Digital Marketing as a Growth Accelerator" panel at our summit.

Aurora is a Digital Product Manager at Growzillas. She started her experience in Digital Marketing in copywriting and then progressed into campaign development and advertising. She has consecutively been a part of Growth Tank as a moderator and has spoken in Digital Marketing events, alongside her training experience.

🟣Driton Hapçiu will be a part of the BPO Summit as a moderator on the panel "ICT Sector opportunities through BPO Services".

Mr. Hapçiu is one of the founding partners of CACTTUS group of ICT companies. He is also of the founding partners of RECURA, financial advisory services company. With background in Information Systems& Management, his previous work experiences include IN Design; KOHA (Javore) group, RTV 21, UN World Food Program, Swiss Development Agency for Cooperation, IPKO Institute; Kosovo, Terrestrial Telecommunications Network, CACTTUS and RECURA Financials.
He is also one of the co-founders of the ICT Association (STIKK) and was its Chairman and member of the Board. He designed and headed the project idea of creating an Innovation Hub, which resulted in founding of the Innovation Center of Kosova (ICK), where he remained a board member until recently. He is also involved early on as a co-founder, mentor and coach, and social entrepreneur in a number of startup’s turned into successful companies and organizations.

His latest projects (co-founder and partner) include: RECURA Investment Holding; CACTTUS Business Solutions; CACTTUS Education; HARRISIA; PeshkuiArte.com; CONCEPTICON; SociaLive; He is currently is involved in CACTTUS Education (president of the Board); CACTTUS (Board Member); RECURA (Board Member); Member of the Board “LUMBARDHI Foundation and Prishtina” Girl’s Soccer Team Board.

🟣 Redon Gashi will join us at the BPO Summit as a moderator on the panel “The importance of GDPR Compliance & Data Security in BPO”.

Redon is a senior security consultant with over five years of experience in the industry. He is currently leading a team of pe*******on testers and red teamers at Sentry Cybersecurity. 💻

Having worked in over two hundred security engagements, he's had the chance to help secure the systems of the biggest global names in the tech industry. He holds CACP, CACE, and CACI certifications from Cyber Academy. In addition to conducting security assessments, Redon is also an instructor at the Cyber Academy Accelerated Web Pe*******on Testing program. 📊
