Head outside or to a window you can see out of. Instead of closing your eyes, you’re going to meditate on everything you see. Set your eyes softly on some point outside and let the periphery of your vision expand out in all directions. Keep your eyelids relaxed and simply invite your eyes to wander as they will. Let whatever images come into view saturate your mind until something else gently tugs your gaze elsewhere. Without naming or categorizing them, observe outdoor sights for one minute.
