Amman Valley Events is excited to announce BrynFest 2024, which will be held at Brynamman Rugby Club on August 24th! All proceeds from the event will be donated to Joseph’s smile! 💚

🍕There will be 15 different food vendors offering a variety of foods and drinks to delight all the foodies out there!

🍻 We will have 2 bars on site. One with your classic beers, and one with your cocktails, spirits and so much more!

🛍️Lots of Local small businesses/crafters there throughout the day. Find them next to the food vendors!

🎶 Enjoy plenty of live entertainment throughout the day, including special Children’s entertainment from Mr Crumble!

🎡 Andrew Holmes Funfair will be at the event, featuring fairground rides, bouncy castles, trampolines, and brain freeze slush puppies!

🪩West Wales Football Zorbs will be at the event with their amazing zorbs - fun for all to be had! Support a new local business 🫶🏼

🍦The famous Dessert Delights will be at the event, serving up some delicious ice creams

🏉Ospreys Rugby will be there on the day with the inflatable rugby pitch, get a chance to meet some players! There will be plenty of free games on the day.

So how soon is too soon to plan your event 🤷🏼‍♀️
It’s NEVER too soon in my opinion.

If you want good reputable services, they can get booked up years in advance. Get in touch and ask them if you can reserve your date. Failing that, they can let you know when they will be accepting bookings for that date.

However, you don’t have to plan the finer details. Your theme/style/colour choice is likely to change in time. So wait until your sure.

Also, be mindful of paying a deposit too far in advance. With the best will in the world, the financial climate is difficult for businesses these days!!

Chosing flowers 💐 for your event? Fresh flowers may be your default, however dried flowers 🌾 are making a comeback at the moment. They are far more stylish than they used to be!! Artificial flowers have made progress too, with the trend of a flower wall as a backdrop to photos 📸
When styling your event, take the time to look at your options as they can be costly. I love coming up with money saving ideas, so DM me if you need my help. I can support with planning just one part of your event if you don’t want a full event planning service.
