North Shore Fishing Lake Community Events

On this wintery, cold day I was thinking about different things we could do at the North Shore Recreation space this summer …..

We could host a market on Sunday mornings during July and August, if we had enough vendors.

Vendors would bring their own tables to set up their items. Also, be responsible for clean up after the event. The tables could be set up in the new outdoor kitchen or in the gardens.

Hosting the market on Sunday mornings would not impact the Friday night market at Aurora Beach or Saturday market at Leslie Beach.

If you would be interested in setting up a table with items for sale - let me know.

I will promote if there is enough interest for a Sunday morning market.

Fun filled weekended at North Shore this weekend.

Provincial Ball Tournament begins Friday morning at 10:00 am , 9:30 on Saturday and 9:00 on Sunday.

Bacon and Eggers available each day at 8:00 am

Burgers and Hotdogs available throughout the weekend as well as Water, coffee, juice.

Saturday is our Family Fun Day featuring a bake sale, silent auction, volleyball, kids’ races, face painting, PickleBall, beer gardens and live music. 11:00 am - 10:30 pm

Short program at 1:00 pm to introduce our new stage and outdoor kitchen.

Clothing and summer items available on Saturday featuring Salon D’Lux😎

Come out and support our U13 Provincial Team, participate in the activities, buy a burger, enjoy the music - take it all in!!!

And, don’t forget to buy an ice cream at the Canteen. Numerous items on the menu.

Man am I excited about this weekend! Putting some miles on. Willy's Tavern in Foam Lake on Friday night, Saturday North Shore Fishing Lake Community Events for an outdoor concert and then Sunday Town of Nipawin for their street fair! Oooh weee!! We gonna tune up!!

Just a reminder about the bake sale coming up on Sat at 11:00 in the beer gardens. If any one can donate to this please just let me know so I have an idea of how much we are will have to sell. It was a great response last year and we’re hoping for the same this time.
