Party Tip: Should I add hot water to the trays?

If you are not serving for 45 minutes to an hour, let the sternos heat the water. Otherwise, add hot water to the trays. If the food is cold, you may need to heat the water longer than an hour with the sternos. Like my page for more tips!

As a side hustle, I want to make other small business owners aware of a FB scam. Facebook will not threaten to take your page down due to a copyright violation or any other type of infringement. Facebook will not ask you to log in to verify your account. You are already logged in!! I have received this scam countless times. It mostly occurs when I begin a sponsored ad. It usually comes via messenger but recently it came in as a comment on a post. It's best to report it to FB and then delete it.

I'm catering the food, what should I choose? There should be *at least* one meat, one pasta or a vegetarian option, and a salad. If you're having beef or sausage, it's nice to have a lighter option, such as chicken francese and/or a white fish and some vegetables. How do I handle food during the Big Game and not miss the game?

If you having a party without professional assistance, opt for cold apps that you can prepare ahead as well as dips and other bagged snacks. Set up your chafing dishes before kickoff with the lids on and allow them to heat for an hour before serving. You don't need to heat the water for the chafing dishes separately ***Stay away from hot hors d'oeuvres, which require oven precision. Follow for tips!
